A little bit of my work.

Building & Plumbing Commission: VR BIM training tool

I led UX and technical delivery of a VR BIM viewer for training compliance officers/regulators, owning Unity development, UX design, and contributing to user research to reduce on-site training time and OH&S exposure.

VR Emotion sharing

I led research and development of a collaborative VR system enabling users to share emotional states via facial tracking, physiological sensors, and expressive visual cues. I planned and ran mixed-methods studies (controlled lab studies, questionnaires, interviews) and synthesized behavioral and self-report data into actionable design iterations. I produced clear reports and presentations summarizing findings, implications, and next steps for academic and non-academic stakeholders and mentored and coordinated team members on study preparation, data collection, and analysis to improve turnaround time and study quality.

Mixed Presence + Mixed Reality.

What if you could work with a group in a physical space from afar?

Collaborations are complex and take many forms, some take place at the same time in the same place, some in different places at the same time and some times both.

My Ph.D explored these complex collaborations.
